e.l.f H2o waterproof inkwell eyeliner pen. This eyeliner works very well. It doesn't smudge or run. The color I got was a navy blue was perfect for my skin tone. It wasn't too bright it was bold. The eyeliner tip is very thin, so it gives you nice precise lines. No clumping. It's easy to apply and long lasting. It also dry's fast. It pretty much hypoallergenic and wont break you out. This was a great buy and good quality.

This eyeliner works! Beautiful color. I get compliments all the time. Waterproof to the max. The quality is great! The price is even better.

The color is great and it stays on all day - even with sweat and an occasional eye rub.The part I don’t like is that the wand comes out of the tube completely covered in the liquid. So as I put it on my eyelid, my eyelashes are basically rubbing all the extra liner off of the wand. I’ve started just immediately grabbing and wiping my lashes off after application.Unless you can put your liner on with the brush angled down, I don’t know how anyone applies this without getting their lashes coated. (I apply liner by holding in a couple of fingers and resting the heel of my hand on my cheek. That’s normal, right?)Anyway, it’s not enough to keep me from buying it again, but I would love for elf to revamp the packaging.

Ordered the lilac/light purple shade and I love it! It’s easy to use & creates sharp lines, looks cool AF, and a fun change to a traditional black cat eye. I tried it on without any makeup or lashes done, so you can imagine how dope it would look with a full face, or even a light layer base with just the liner and mascara. It takes 2 layers to get the full coverage and colour because it’s light-coloured, and takes a couple minutes to dry completely .. but it stays put! It’ll wash off easily with an oil-based remover.

I really like most e.l.f. products, but this one didn't work so well for me. The liner is a true navy blue, but it's thicker then advertised and more runny than I expected. Also it dries really fast. I couldn't go back and adjust the line. It's also hard to remove. I almost had to peel it off. If you like a wider solid line, go for it, but this is more bold than I needed. That being said, I didn't have a lot of allergic reaction to it.

Love this eyeliner and its staying power. I work outside & other eyeliners fail by the end of the day, but this one carries on perfectly. I got the navy blue because I wanted more subdued than black. And who can beat the price? I've found E.L.F. Products to be really good all the way around, and I've actually left others behind that I have used for years. Good stuff, great price.

Did not like applicator, went on chunky and not a good consistency . Tried it , did not apply easily at all. After trying on one eye could not even get it to go on one eye correctly, I threw it out. Do not waste your time or money on this item. Worst eyeliner I have ever tried.

I love this product. I use eyeliner pens a lot but they dry up. And i used to use liquid liner with a more flexible, flowy applicator and you had to be really careful. This is the perfect middle.
