A pretty cool contraption. All hooked up in the camper van and ready for the summer. Easy to use and it's pretty cool to watch get to work. I'm not going to pretend to understand the technology but it definitely makes fresh tasting water. More than happy with the product and looking forward to using it more over the coming months.

This is a bad design. The actual device itself is okay but as I say very bad design you pick it up and you have to undo the cable which could be dangerous because you have to switch it off before you take the cable out. They should’ve designed this like a kettle Where the cable is attached to the bottom of the kettle attachmentand you lift it off like a kettle, very bad design

Well made. Not enough instructions. Once water hydrolysed remove from jug and drink , nice taste if water left in jug over night it taste horrible. Clean jug everyday with bicarbonate soda to keep it fresh.
