Well-liked bird food.
Well my lovebird loves it, anyway. Another reviewer has said that it's harmful to lovebirds as it contains grit. I haven't noticed any grit in this food, but in any case our bird, whom we have kept since an egg, has always eaten grit bought as such, as well as this brand of food, has thrived, and is now an old lad of 22 years. So I'm happy to recommend this food for lovebirds and other small 'parrot family' birds.

Not for Lovebirds.
Despite what the description says, this food is not suitable for lovebirds as it contains grit. Unless you want a very sick bird, look for food without any added grit unless the species depends on it for digestion.
