Washable ! Worked for my purposes
Had neck surgery- bought this so I could change out the cover on the neck brace every day- worked like a charm! If you have summer surgery trust me- you want to change the cover every day!!

Used after surgery
My wife had to use this for about a month after her wrist surgery and it worked very well. Its stretchy so it takes a bit to get used to how much you need to cut. We got one the correct length and then starting using that as a template to make 5 or 6 at a time. Good product.

Great Product and Great Value Too!
I have needed to wear a removable "hard cast" on my hand for some time to heal some chronic issues. When they gave me the cast, they only gave me a few stocking like liners with the thumb cutout. As these tend to unravel with wear and get dirty, I wanted more. This was perfect for me and came in a quantity that was less than some. I don't need a huge quantity so this was perfect. Now I can change the lining anytime I want. They are easy to cut with the method the box offers. Just unroll what you want!

A lot for so little
I needed to use these for my arm when I broke my wrist and had a very large brace on after my cast was removed. I loved that you could make your own lengths bc there is a large roll of these tubing like socks for your arm. Comes in different sizes and is soft and not scratchy to my skin. After they are cut they do gray a bit …but, that wasn’t a big issue for me. I still have a lot of product left and hope I don’t have to use the, for another break. I could also see how this would be nice to cover an elderly persons skin as their skin gets so thin when older.

If your orthopedist recommends you use this post-op, go ahead and BUY IT
When you break your arm they put this over your skin before they put the cast on. After the cast is removed, sometimes you have to wear a splint afterwards. At least I did. I am. Every time I wear my splint, I wear this underneath. It's one big roll and you cut off as much as you need. I cut off about 12-16 inches of it and make a little notch in the side of it so my thumb can stick out. Imagine a nice soft cotton sock that doesn't have a toe in it . . . that's what this is. I use it once and throw it out because I have an incision that may or may not be 100% healed and re-using the same dressing is not sanitary. This could be used on your ankle or wrist but I don't think it's wide enough for an adults knee, elbow, or upper arm area. It's nice to have your own roll of this because my orthopedist gave me ONE piece of this dressing at a post-op appointment. Gee thanks. It's not a true white color, more of an off white. It feels nice to sleep in so your incision is covered and when I wear long sleeved shirts it's nice to have a buffer between my clothing and the incision. I may end up having some left over but having it has made a big difference in the healing process. My incision feels clean and protected because of this dressing.

Works great for small dogs
I was sent 2" casting tape that was hard to work with with a 25 pound Sheltie. This worked great!

Doesn't shed
Very nice. Thin, light, breathable, and very soft. Unlike some other brands, it doesn't shed at all.Almost zero compression... it feels like you're not even wearing it. Good amount of stretch.
