This has been great for gut cleansing and water retention. It does work for bloating too but you need to contact your Dr to find out why you're bloating because a lot of healthy food can cause bloating. Mine was caused from a medical issue.

I have a lot of water retention round my tummy area, (also plenty of fat too) but these have definitely helped reduce my water retention. I'm also trying to up my water intake .
