If you are sick or even prior to getting sick and don’t start these pills, you’re crazy. They will kick anything out of you. The dosage is high, but it works. My kids had mono and were told to take these and this is what helped them get through it so fast. And absolute must in my medicine cabinet. I will warn you they taste a little bit like fresh cut grass, but keep drinking some water. It’ll be fine.

This product was recommended to me by a doctor friend. Truthfully, I haven't used it long enough to rate efficacy but the pill is large and not too easy to swallow, very little flavor which is a good thing, but kinda' expensive which is not such a good thing.
