Item marked in several places, fittings are cheap and do not fit properly! Door on the bath doesn’t stay closed & delivery was a nightmare and late!

I don’t usually write reviews, but with how little I could find on this tub before making the purchase, I thought it was worth it to help someone else out. The structure of the tub it’s self is great. The drain and hose are decent and do what they are supposed to. I haven’t had any issues with leakage, when I readjusted and put everything together right. Good luck!

Mine didn’t come with installation instructions and was missing parts. After trying to contact for help, I never got a reply. Money wasted.

So i love that they were thoughtful to be sure there were no sharp edges. Other similiar tubs i have used didnt resulting in a cut paw and several slashes on my arms. Not with this tub. Lits of added things like the awesone showerhead that i wasnt sure i would like but i love it so much im going to see about getting a second one in case. My only dislike is the steps. I have tried them with several dogs and have not had one use them. I wish they would Lock in place somehow when you pull them out. But all in all you cannot beat this tub for the quality and the amazing price!!! I mean they even give you plumbers tape, a brush, some awesone glives and rubber ball. Although i think a rubber dog ducky would be perfection. Lol.
