Apple Cinnamon flavor is great but the texture is gross. I had to switch from another brand temporarily due to recalls. I normally can eat my daily dose from the jar but the texture makes this one difficult to swallow. I was trying to think of a comparable substance but my mind is blanking. The other brand I used before was comparable to apple sauce. This is like refrigerated slime. Maybe I can put it on toast or something…

Great taste

This is a very good product for gut health. I have only used it for 3 days and my gut feels better already. My son has been telling me to try this since my colon surgery last year and again in August after another surgery with hernias. I didn’t think it would work but I read up on seamoss and thought it was worth a try. I cannot believe how good the results are in just a few days. It’s worth every penny!! A real life changer for me.

This Irish sea moss gel is ok. Nothing stands out from others I have used. The flavor is subtle, if it were not marked as strawberry, you could not tell what it is supposed to be. The color looks nice on the package, but in reality it is pale, barely pink. I will not order this one again, since taking a mineral supplement should be satisfying rather than just so-so.
