Raw Organic Whey does not contain any casein and only trace amounts of lactose.

Can you label non GMO?

To obtain USDA organic certification, the product cannot contain any GMO food or any animal product that was raised with GMO food, among other requirements. The non-gmo label would be redundant and make the product unnecessarily more expensive.

Does the product dissolve well in hot and cold drinks such as coffee, or does it clump or taste grainy? How does it do in smoothies?

I have only used this whey in fruit smoothies which I mix in a blender. It dissolves totally with no clumping. It is very tasty. I have not used it in anything hot.

Does this product derive from A2 or A1 milk?

Jersey cows do not exclusively produce A2 milk. Unless each cow you receive milk from is specifically tested, this cannot be verified.
