Well, my pi$S smells like "brimstone", so there's DEFINITELY some sulfer compounds in there. LMFAOSeriously tho...good stuff. Especially if your not eating enough cruciferous vegetables.

I got this because I love the possible benefits Sulforaphane may have. A far as supplements go, the only thing nature made thought to be stronger than sulforaphane would be Glutathione. However it does not survive the digestive process ( like sulforapahane) supposedly ( even liposomal studies are showing). But Thankfully Glutathione is made by our bodies. But not so lucky for Sulforaphane. Sulforaphane does not exceed Glutathione in strength as its more of a signaler and an antioxidant at the same time. They actually sometimes work together in different ways. It (Sulforaphane) works different in that it is supposedly the strongest NRF2 activator there is. NRF2 is a transcription factor that your body uses as a part of your immunity. This is usually utilized by the body when it wants to produce it's own antioxidants.Now I absolutely love the sellers descriptions in the "About this item" ! It really IMO does not say much definitive and almost sounds mysterious. With Sulforaphane's inability to get past the digestion process,,, mysterious would definitely be an understandable description IMO although I prefer the word 'Tricky'. So you see in this "complex" we have Myrosinase and Glucoraphanin. Here is a super easy way to grasp this and IMO the way it is intended naturally. You eat the cruciferous vegetable broccoli raw. As you crunch into it,,, the broccoli release Glucoraphanin a defense chemical. You swallow and in the digestion process the broccoli releases an enzyme called Myrosinase. This enzyme in the later part of digestion combines with the Glucoraphanin to make Sulforaphane which hopefully gets absorbed into the blood. TaaDaa there you have it. Many people who want high quality Sulforaphane grow their own broccoli sprouts to make sure they are getting it . I personally stack a supplement like this that should/may do the job with broccoli sprout extract. The reason is the broccoli extract is so inexpensive and ensures excessive amounts of ingredients are available for this tricky process to happen. As far as dosage goes that has yet to be determined. I believe your body uses that which it desires and I suspect most of the time your body uses very little if any at all. After all, IMO it would not be a good thing for your health to be in such a condition that you had a need for sulforaphane to signal NRF2 all the time. Now I do not give a supplement 5 stars unless it is third party lab tested and tested in the USA/UK or Canada or a country with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. However I do not think I have ever seen sulforaphane lab tested. As unstable as it is that does not surprise me. What may surprise you is that I do not notice anything when I take sulforaphane. My hope is that if need be,,, it's there to possibly squash any trouble. These were super easy to take and I had no sides. I really like this is a 60 day supply ! I don't feel any benefits from this supplement but I'm sure it's good for my health. The capsules look and feel fresh. I'll buy again.
