Excellent baking dish!
My family is really loving this baking dish! The silicone sleeve is great, it protects the dish, keeps it from sliding around on the counter & adds a lovely lavender touch. The best part though is the locking lid, it snaps on easily & provides a nice tight seal! This is exactly what we were looking for & we couldn't ask for more!

Looking for a Great Roasting Pan
How did I come across this Roasting Pan ? I got tired of having pans ceramic supposedly, aluminum, Steel whatever Warp scaring the Tar out of me and having Bird poop all over my shoulder. Now for the pan. I love the Smithfield Marinated Garlic Pork Roast, So I got one and cooked it up. It takes some time in the oven slow roast at 375 degrees for an hour or more depending on weight. Just cook it until it reaches 160 degrees in the center, mine was 180 for medium cooked thoroughly. At 160 it is more of a Medium or medium rare, but it has to be at least 160 for safety. So the Pan I used before and this now are very different. The one before that warped, was tough to clean after because of the way the juice went. This one of glass will be evenly cooked, you can watch it - keep the cover off, storing is fine for later to use. You could use Reynolds Wrap on top not to get your oven messy but it won't be, and it might hinder the time to need to be cooked. The purple or rubber on the pan is suppose to stay on at all times. It is silicone similar to what you use to bake with now. The visibility from the pan to the top to see how much is left is wonderful. So as you see, I really love my pan. You can use it for other meals too and deserts. But no more warping, no more fumes to kill birds like Teflon and easier to clean and not scratch and peeling and finding aluminum under supposed Ceramic. I highly recommend this roasting pan.

Love these baking dishes
I found these baking dishes several years ago at Target I believe. I had purchased one this size and the square pan. I use them all the time. I decided I could use another 9x13 one. They are so nice, easy to put away for leftovers. I usually just let things cool down, put the lid on and place in the refrigerator. Love the silicone sleeve (prevents dish from sliding) and they wash up very nice.

Great for meal prep
I loved it so much I just ordered a second one. We’ve started meal prepping on sunday, I can put my food in here marinating and then pop it out of fridge straight into the oven when we are ready to eat. The best part to me is the sturdy lid. It allows me to stack other item on top so i don’t lose so much fridge space. Before i was using a regular baking dish with foil in top and couldn't stack anything. The seal on the lid is great and keeps my food fresh in fridge until I’m ready to cook. Highly recommend.I also love the silicone sleeve because im pretty clutzy and I’m always banging my dishes into the sink/edge or counter. This helps protect my counter and the dish.I only wish the made more of the same size in different colors!

Glass Baking Dish with Lid 9x13
This look nice, but after cooking in it a few time and i mean few times on temps around 350-425 degrees, the silicone on outside gets loose in spots, food gets around it and cannot get it out. you cannot remove this and if you try, oh boy what a mess. it breaks and then you are sutck with pieces stuck to glass to point you just throw the enitre unit out. Ridiculous.. I'm very diappointed. I took picture of the silicone in my trash. other part glass is outside in other trash can. I surely have changed my mind on purchasing any other items with this on them for sure. I tried going to the customer support website but you get not valid.

Favorite dish.
Excellent! I've had mine 5 years. It still looks and bakes great. The silicone bottom is a plus to be able to set my freshly baked cakes anywhere without danger of breakage. The lid is an absolute necessity for keeping whatever I've made... protected and fresh. It's a nice size for my family Birthday cakes, Icecream cakes, baked Pasta, etc. Thank you.

Great dish.
Finally a 9" X 13" baking dish with a lid that works and isn't made of metal. I love the lid how it locks and stays in place. I've used it for casseroles and cakes. Keeps the foods fresh. I like the silicone on it too. It's dishwasher safe but I never put lids in my dishwasher. Easy to wash. The silicone keeps it from sliding around if you're washing in the sink. That's nice too. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dish.
