Q: Is the cream/gel meant to be worn with clothes? I feel like clothes with rub it off during the day

It can definitely be worn with clothes. The cream really sticks to the skin and clothing won't really wear it off.

Q: will it stain clothes?

I used to wear a white cotton T-shirt after applying Terrasil before bed because I did not want it to chance it staining the sheets. I experienced NO stains on the white shirt or the sheets. It washes out from fabrics well.
