Playing on an adult rec volleyball team, my husband needed all the conditioning he could get since it’s been (quite!) a while since he last played. The weighted ball was a key tool into him getting back into the game. The official-sized ball measures and weights as described when inflated. Although the needle is not included, there were no issues inflating it., nor any issues with the ball holding air. The material is durable and shows minimal wear after almost two months of use. The black coloring does not come off on your hands like some cheap balls do.
