Works well. Great purchase!
Been using the camera for a few weeks now and it has performed well. Images are clear and there is no lag in the performance. I just plugged the USB dongle into my computer and it recognized the camera without issue. The dongle does get warm after using the camera for a while. Hopefully it lasts a long time. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Excellent for wireless
Plug and play, works great, love it! The only wire needed is when charging, otherwise excellent truly wireless option.

Worked Great...Until it Didnt
Bought this back in March 2024, and it worked perfectly no complicated set up needed. but then it stopped working. The USB dongle (that was never unplugged) suddenly went recognized by the computer it's been in. No amount of troubleshooting fixed it. Too bad, the picture and microphone quality was great while it lasted.

Good quality
Purchased for an office meeting room. The camera picks up the entire room and displays clear. Mic picks up good in the room.

Great little Camera
Perfect Solution to setup a remote virtual meeting for equipment inspections and onsite visits. The only thing I have trouble with is the audio quality being a little less than ideal.

Poor video quality
Bluetooth works great, although given that the distance it's transmitting at is about two inches, take that with a grain of salt.Video quality is poor. I'm not sure why as both it and the previous wired webcams I bought were 1080P. I went to a Bluetooth camera because the cat kept chewing the cords of the regular webcams and it eventually became cheaper to go Bluetooth. Very disappointed by the value for money.Edit: Company contacted me and gave me a full refund. Very satisfied with the company if not the product.

Not 1080p and only works up to a few feet away.
Got the camera to connect right away, but that is the only thing that worked.1. Multiple lines in the screen when using this camera2. When trying to use this camera from 12-15' away, the image is very blurry. Only is close to clear from a few feet away.3. I hooked up my logitech 1080p camera to the same laptop and switched between the logitech and this toallin. They aren't even in the same universe.Item will be returned as it is not usable, not 1080p and only works from a distance of a few feet away. Also lines in the image.

Very convenient, perfect for my needs
It's a really good design. I bought this for my daily online meetings and it's so convenient that I can use it far away from the conference room instead of using a cable connection. Picture is good quality, it will be a little delayed at first when connected wirelessly, but it will be fine after a while. The camera's mic also works great.
