My husband and I fell in love with these Bark Dark Chocolate thins when I bought them from a local retail store. The local store rarely carries them, so of course I turned to Amazon. They are more expensive than I care to pay, but as a special treat (we don't eat many sweets) I decided to splurge and buy in bulk. Buying a single pack didn't seem worth it because you only get a small portion.I'm a bit disappointed because the flavor isn't as good as the flavor from the local store. The expiration date is a year away, but these taste like they've been on the shelf a little longer than necessary. There's also a very light white ash, which also suggests that they've been sitting.If you're able to find these at a local store, try them. Don't buy here in bulk

I’m obsessed with bark thins, both the dark choc + almonds and the dark choc + pretzels. I can’t handle too much sweetness and this treat is really satisfying without being too sweet. You always get a “perfect bite” because of how the almonds are chopped up and evenly distributed.

I opened the first bag and the pieces had a white film indicative of being stale.

Delicious and well packaged. Recommend the Dark Chocolate with sea salt and almonds.
