"sea salt, maize starch*, palm oil*, mushroom power*, yaest extract, roasted onion*, caramelized sugar*, garlic*, herbs* (rosemary*, thyme*, lovage*, parseley*), black pepper*". by the way, the sign * = Certified organic. There is no mention of Vegan on the package.
