It tastes like the real dairy
I had thought about this for weeks and finally decided to try it. I am so glad I did. I tasted each this morning when it arrived on my front porch. It does taste like the real dairy. I am so glad as I have missed sour cream (especially need it for Mexican dishes), cream cheese (like to mix with pimentos candied sw jalapeños} And tonight I will be making lasagna with the ricotta. So hard to be dairy free, but this has sure turned out well. I feel like I am getting my old life back
