Arnica Extract 1000 mg - 90 Vegetarian Capsules

This is the best arnica tablets I have found they work really well for me.

I am an RN and almost always requires some real science before I believe something. I had to have a surgery in the past and my doctor told me to get Arnica before the procedure and it did not bruise 1/10 as much as most people bruise from the same procedure. Fast forward to today I had some reasonably large bruises from falling on my thigh and ordered this. I’m not going to say it did not help. I guess I expected a little too much from it. If you already have the bruise, it’s not necessarily gonna make it go away Really fast. However, it’s a bit faster. For me, I believe taking it ahead of a bruise seems to have more of a bite reliable effect. The problem is you don’t know exactly when you’re gonna have a bruise. So I was taking it every day and then when I had the inevitable bump into something, my shin or my elbow did not bruise.

I've Never taken oral arnica but I recently had a bad fall and had bruises so badly. I ordered this along with some gel. It arrived within 24 hours and my bruises were almost gone within 48 hours and I had a better complexion. I would highly recommend this along with its jail. If you need it.

I've used arnica in gel form for many years, and it's really effective at getting bruises and bumps to resolve more quickly. I've never tried it in oral form, but I'm having hand surgery in a few days and will start taking this a few days before, to see if it helps with healing. The price is good for these capsules, but I did remove one star since there is little information about manufacture or testing, certification, or the like. Still, it's worth a try in my opinion. I do like that they don't put in lots of other ingredients along with the arnica.

I can’t find any lab certifications or tests for this product so I do not recommend it. This is important as supplement ingredients need to be verified.

I took this before and after a surgical procedure. The doctor noticed that I started bruising immediately while she was injecting the anesthesia, and asked if I bruise easily. She remarked that I was one of only about 30% of people who bruise during the injections. You learn something new about yourself every day, I guess! I did have horrific bruises the following day, but they went away pretty quickly within a few days. So this may have had some effect? It's hard to say, as I've never had a procedure like that done before, or had bruises that vivid. In any case, if it was in fact helpful, I'm glad I had these on hand.

This is the best Arnica I have ever used. I can't imagine not having this on hand. It reduces pain, speeds healing, lessens bruising, and lessens trauma if taken before a procedure or directly after a trauma. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something to reduce pain naturally or heal quicker.
