I am writing to report several issues I am facing with my new Samsung phone, which have significantly affected my daily user experience. I kindly request your assistance in addressing these concerns:1. Poor Battery Performance: The battery drains very quickly compared to other devices in the same category. Additionally, the charging process takes an unusually long time.2. Overheating: The phone heats up excessively even when running basic applications like social media or browsing, making it uncomfortable to use.3. Slow Response on Second SIM: I have noticed delays in receiving messages on the second SIM, and there is also a slow response for calls on both SIMs.4. No Option to Hide the Notch Permanently: There is no feature to hide the notch permanently on the home page, which is quite inconvenient.5. Samsung Store Issues: Most apps on the Samsung Store are either paid or filled with intrusive ads, reducing its usability.6. Missing App Lock Feature: The absence of a built-in App Lock makes it difficult to secure my apps without relying on third-party applications.7. No Notification Light: The lack of a notification LED makes it hard to track alerts, especially in silent environments.8. Google Keyboard Issue: I am unable to restore saved words from my previous phone, even though I am signed in with the same Google account.9. No Shortcut to Turn Off Hotspot: Turning off the hotspot requires multiple steps, as there is no quick shortcut available in the notification panel
