Made some delicious macaroni & cheese using this pasta and I loved both the texture and flavor. By far the best keto-friendly pasta option I've come across yet.

Being a T1D, I'm always on the look out for LC diet friendly options and happened across this via YouTube. Always skeptical due to the blood sugar impact many products have while claiming to be low carb. Everyone is different and finding the right products (outside of cooking whatever it is myself), can be challenging. Bought this and while a little pricey, followed the cooking instructions and tested the texture and flavor, While a little chewy and a little sticky on the teeth, the flavor was pretty good. Decided to try with a homemade LC cheese sauce and again, chewy but tasty. Tested blood sugar prior, 2 hours later then 3 hours and still 100% stable (I did correct after eating with 3 units of fast acting). Usually, the reaction climbs after a few hours but even after that one correction, still stable. Will see what the final result is next day. So far though, very pleased and amazed this was made available. I may test out ways to cook it to reduce the chewy factor but so far, pretty good!

First, do NOT follow the cooking instructions on the package. Boil these like you would any dry pasta, checking for tenderness as needed. Second, you have to have really strong flavors in whatever you put with them. Otherwise they dominate the flavor and aren't that pleasant. Mac and cheese - pasta flavor dominated. Heavily seasoned tomato sauce with vegetables - success. For the price, I'll stick with hearts of palm or konjac pasta.

Taste is gonna be very slightly off from actual pasta IMO. Held together very well while boiling. Pasta size is slightly larger than standard elbow. Carbs are about half of regular pasta if you're counting total, if you're counting net it's an easy A+ at 3 net carbs per serving. Texture of the pasta is slightly grainy if undercooked I found perfection at 4 minutes cook time. I find the protien content of this to be adequate depending on serving size of your recipie.

Recent health scare has forced me to abandon sugar and carbohydrate diet. I tried so hard to like this product. I really did. The more I put in my mouth, the more I realized there is no way I can continue. And I like my pasta andante. Problem here was the texture, unexplainable just bad. The taste even worse. I put a ton of parmesan cheese to mask, I boiled it in chicken broth...I tried!

Trying to limit carbohydrates while enjoying highly nutritious meals takes time, research, and risk, but this product passes the taste, texture, and carb count qualities all in one. Yes, we are aware that reducing carbs costs more than high carb products, but some are worth the extra expense. I can recommend this product and company highly. This pasta cooks in a very short time and can be added to multiple recipes with confidence.

I really wanted to like this pasta. I have made several different preparations. It’s just a very gummy pasta. It’s filling, but it is not pleasant to eat.

I made mac and cheese with them, and it came out really good. The noodle by its self is not very taste, but better than other brands I've tried. I held its consistency well and cook super fast. I have tried it in several hot dishes and the whole family likes them. I have not tried them in any kind of cold pasta salad. I like them but for me the cost out weighs their value so I do not think I will reorder. But, if you are not concerned with price, then I would recommend, Enjoy!
