This larger container saved me quite a bit of money in the long term. It's not just for ranch dressing or dip, but you can shake in chicken breading or even zucchini or eggplant breading and pan bake: One cup of Italian breadcrumbs, plus half a cup of parmesan cheese, and instead of the garlic powder I usually use, I add a scant tablespoon of Hidden Valley Original Ranch powder to that mix. Dip your thinly sliced chicken or veggies in beaten eggs with a little water, press front and back onto the breadcrumbs ( I use a paper plate here to save on clean up) and place on a lightly oiled baking pan at 375 degrees. I flip halfway through - if the chicken is thin I'd say 23 minutes - and allow the other side to brown. Yes, it's still little oil but it's healthier than frying. I also make a pasta salad with the Hidden Valley Ranch, using the dressing recipe but adding a little more powder to make the flavor stronger: 1 pound bowtie pasta cooked that I cool with a small package of frozen peas right in the colander, I add a shredded large carrot, some chopped green onions, a cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese or more if you like, and a package of cooked and chopped turkey bacon (you can use pork bacon or even chicken or shrimp). My family also likes fresh cracked pepper in this. This is a great summer lunch you can make the night before and serve next day with fruit slices. So Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing is not just for green salads. This is a pantry staple for me.

I absolutely love this Hidden Valley Ranch dressing jar! It's so convenient to have a larger quantity on hand instead of constantly buying those small packets. Perfection! Now I'm a Ranch dressing girl I use it on things that my husband thinks I have lost my mind. But this my friend has opened a whole new world for me! I put it on almost anything that would normally be something I put season salt on. This season blend makes so I use less salt altogether its a win win. I encourage you to try on mashed potatoes, soup, meat and veggies! Oh and the only negative is to Hidden Valley not Amazon, Please lower the amount it costs. I do admit one bottle of this does last forever since I'm the only one using it but for a family if they love it as much as me it will go faster. Ohh and try on french fries, a must!
