Rigoni di Asiago Fiordifrutta Organic Fruit Spread, Wild Lingonberry, 6 Count

This apricot fruit spread is delicious. It’s just how I like it, with no sugar added, so that it’s not overly sweet.

Like everyone else, I didn’t want the oversweetened jams & jellies we had in the US. Also, I did NOT want high fructose corn syrup nor some other “hidden possibly toxic sugar” like aspartame or sucralose, etc. Rigoni’s preserves are from fruit concentrate so I have no problem with that. When I tasted it, it tasted like REAL FRUIT only sweetened lightly. I could tell there was no heavy sugar since I usually develop pain in my gums/teeth from any bacteria from sweet foods, but here after eating a couple weeks of it on crackers, I did NOT have any pain in my teeth and I’m NOT a constant routine toothbrusher. (Just to be sure, I brushed with neem toothpaste & swished some neem bark powder in my mouth a few times with water.) At this time, I’ve ran out of it and it’s only been 3 weeks!! I've tried other brands that give you more spread for your $$ like Crofter's, but they taste like every bite is jelly rather than real fruit and they spread like bouncy jelly on my pancakes rather than lumpy real fruit smeared smoothly on my pancakes. Rigoni fruit spread is a definite KEEPER for me!! Just be frugal with it since it's not a massive amount of spread.

Not every reduced sugar product is the same. Sadly, some of them taste like chemicals. Other ones are just so bad, they’re hard to swallow. This one is made with apple sugar. I discovered apple sugar not so long ago, and it has become one of my favorite things. So far, everything I’ve tasted from this particular brand has been exceptional. I love the flavor! It is not sickeningly sweet. It tastes just like fresh fruit. It spreads evenly and easily on bread. I don’t feel like I’m making any sacrifice at all when I use this in place of other products we’ve tried. My husband and I are both fans after tasting it. We will definitely be purchasing again. I wish I could give it more stars! I hope you and your family enjoy the flavor as well :)

If you are looking for a real taste of the blackcurrant preserve, this one is not a good choice. It is very tasty in its own way and not sweet but adding the apple juice to the preserve made it taste very different then just a real blackcurrant with sugar preserve. I know that for a fact. I’m from Europe and I made blackcurrant preserves at home using my grandma’s recipe. We enjoyed this preserve very much and I recommend it but be aware that it tastes different then a real blackcurrant preserve.

Total sugar is a little deceptive. 7 grams of sugar, however 8 grams carbohydrate which converts to sugar once digested. If you are trying to lose weight or are diabetic be aware. Always remember the USDA controls all labeling laws and they are in cahoots with the Nutritional industrial complex. They lie directly and also by omission, often both at the same time. Hopefully the USDA will be forced to be more honest in time. Probably not completely honest, just more honest.

Il piacere della marmellata senza il gusto esagerato dello zucchero raffinato. Il piacere della colazione o di uno spuntino senza troppi grassi. Ottima.

Non capisco chi afferma che la grammatura sia inferiore rispetto a quelle in vendita normalmente nei supermercati dato che è la stessa. La data di scadenza, anche se non è possibile vederla prima dell'acquisto, è comunque molto lontana (fine 2018 per quelle da me acquistate). Per quanto riguarda il prodotto non c'è molto da dire, è un' ottima marmellata biologica senza zuccheri aggiunti dall'ottimo sapore. Qui su Amazon la si può avere ad un ottimo prezzo. Consigliata.

Tra le confetture da supermercato questa merita sez’altro una menzione d’onore per qualità, sapore, prezzo. Pur rimanendo un prodotto industriale si ha l’impressione di guerre la marmellata della nonna. I miei gusti preferiti sono fragole e fragili e di bosco e la deliziosa albicocca, che davvero ha un sapore da altri tempi.

Utilizzo questa marmellata da diversi anni perché la trovo più che eccellente. È senza zucchero, così che sia mangiandola sulle fette biscottate o su una crostata non rimane troppo dolce. Il suo sapore e delicato...è buonissima e non la sostituisco con altri prodotti!!! Complimenti!!!
