I've been on the supplement train for years now, with first the ashwaganda, and lions main, etc etc. I'm loving trying this out. At first I was hesitant since the smell is strong (very smokey, herbal, almost tar-like) but after mixing it with some hot water (dissolves fairly easily) it didn't have a strong taste, so it was easy to take just plain. I felt energized and so far don't have any side effects.I'm a woman and wanted to increase my collagen production (rather than just taking collagen, since our bodies produce it, I'd rather have my body be strong in production), and the studies look promising. Along with the bone health, iron-deficiency, etc, all the other studies so far look great for this. I like that this is organic and came with some testing paperwork so it seems to be a clean/pure product. Overall happy.

Increase in energy , alertness , stamina and virility

I have been hearing about the benefits of shilajit and wanted to try it out. I chose this company based on their online reviews and reputation. It is more expensive than other shilajit I have seen, but they test their product and send a printout of the results in the package. I have only taken the product for a few days. The first day I felt more energetic than usual.It is kind of an intimidating supplement. It is black and tar like and smells different. You have to scoop out a smidge and melt it in hot water to take it. It tastes good.We lack so many vital minerals and vitamins in our diets that I feel this is an important supplement to add to my regimen.

Pleased with this brand so far. Have taken shilajit for many years and very particular about potency and purity. This brand passes my taste and smell test, and feels good in my body.

I have not tried the product yet but overall I am impressed with the packaging. The lab report is an excellent addition. Also the simple instructions and scooper provided all show a quality product. I cannot wait to try it in the morning!

Great, works as advertised

Tastes great, I feel amazing when I take regularly. Only issue would be the mixing. It is harder to mix into hot water over some all shilajit . .
