Works great so far!
This is the second Zebra ZD411. The first one was delivered in Oct 2024 and didn’t work right from the start. It was also $70 cheaper. I reluctantly ordered the same model but from a different seller nd have had NO problems as of yet !

Great for High Volume Printing
This thermal label printer works great for a shipping department or home business. I use this printer to print all of my shipping labels and this thermal label printer prints them quickly and easily. The quality is crisp, clear and looks great for text and barcodes. The feed is smooth and I love that it can hold a large roll. The labels are stored inside the printer so it keeps them clean and protected from anything in the room. This printer looks sleek and modern and doesn't take a lot of space, but can keep printing labels for hours without a break. The maximum width is 2 inches, but once I got the formatting figured out, I have had no issues with the size.If you have setup issues, try downloading the appropriate Zebra driver from their website. I have not figured out how to make the printer print wirelessly from my phone yet, but it is not that inconvenient to plug in the USB port and print them that way. The price is kind of high for personal use, but very affordable and worth it if you ship a lot of items or use labels to identify products for a store or business. We have been very pleased with this printer and that it keeps up with our needs so well.

Did not last as long as the cheap alternative, No product support.
This printer lasted less than 5 months, error lights are not a pattern that shows up in zebras list of errors, Support is close to non existent. Tried to set up a support account so I can send it in for repair and never got the account set up e-mail. Will not order zebra again.

Go with a Zebra.
It's really hard to go wrong with a Zebra product thanks to their build quality. I really love this.It makes very clean and crisp prints, and I particularly liked it for making labels for things around my house and for doing inventory of my collection in a clean manner. This is a regular thermal label printer, so it does not do color, but this is fine for my use case. I did not do any speedy-multi prints, but it does seem it should handle multi tasks just fine. The setup is about what you would expect for any printer and software these days: Use their included USB, install the driver, and plug in your device. Once installed always restart your computer and then you're good to go. I'm now looking for other types of thermal labels to put through this, I've seen different colored circles and squares that I think could be be used to make really cute thank you stickers.

Solid label printer
This label printer has a very solid high quality feel to it. Now that I own one I see it being used frequently in various stores so it also appears to be a popular choice at places where it gets constant daily use. That bodes well for its longevity. The included software isn't great but it works. The printer and software both seem like something I'd have seen 10-15 years ago so it's not the most flashy choice but more of a workhorse when you need a tested printer design that won't give out on you. The print quality is only 203dpi but looks decent for a label printer. The price seems a little on the high side for the functionality and included software, but for the solid high quality build it doesn't seem way out of line.

Workhorse Zebra Printer
I am using this Zebra printer to print barcode labels and it prints up to 4 hours a day constant with no issues. Zebra Quality in their products never disappoints and the longevity of their products is high and above less costly brands.Printer is easy to setup ... their software can take a little getting used to but is fairly intuitive once you get it. I like that the printer has a small footprint ... unlike some that take up way too much counter / desk space. You can connect via Bluetooth but I always prefer using the USB connection as it provides for more stability. This is a personal preference.Labels come out clean and crisp. I haven't had any hiccups with setup or use and it cranks the labels out.Would highly recommend. 5 STARS

Zebra printers suck
This is the second zebra printer that stopped working for no reason. This one broke after 60 days of use. Customer service is no help & you must send it in for a repair. Not ideal for a business owner.
