I feel better for sure. I think it clears out your system. I had sore foot from gout also. Since been taking this for a week that also stopped hurting.

These work great, maybe the best. They are expensive. The only thing better would be fresh kimchi.

I’ve been using this for the last 3 months and I kinda feel my self cleansing and even de-bloating. The only downside is you will burp kimchi, but if that doesn’t bother you (I’m ok with it) you’ll be fine. It’s easier to take a supplement than trying to eat your daily amounts instead I think

I haven't noticed any significant health benefits from taking this thus far. The expense outweighs the benefits in my opinion. I probably will not be buying it again. The odor of the capsule is also not pleasing to the nose. I am sure other people like this product. It is not for me.

I ordered these for my husband and he likes them. It’s helped his stomach and weight loss along with a clean new lifestyle of eating. We shall see in a month what his results are like. They smell and taste not too good but then it is fermented kimchi. Value for the money I’d say ok since we’ve spent more on other items.
