Got these because they looked good and were a fair price. I am use to the straps being tight when new and stretching out over time. These were soft and so loose out of the box they are barely useable. I have already ordered some others to replace these.

I've been getting by with continuous shortening of my ever-stretching headgear strap, using needle and thread to sandwich the overlapping segments - which amounted to about an inch worth of shortening.Enter these new straps, which are just perfect.I will caution you, however, that I never did figure out how to use the straps' included shortening adjusters; the straps have popped right out.Quite candidly, to keep the strap under any tension, you would either have to put something in the loop that you pull through the adjuster, or somehow wrap it around the adjuster so that it could not pull through in the other direction, popping it off and leaving you loose - strapped.That one niggle aside, I've been very happy with my new strap!It's just perfect as it is s now. I'll deal with what happens after it stretches over time, but does not wear or break!

I purchased these because other reviewers indicated they are longer than the ResMed originals but found that they are about 2" shorter originals I have. Other than that they appear to be fine.

I have been using a cpap for years and only like nasal pillows. The head straps tend to stretch easy so I need to replace them often. I finally decided to save some $ and buy some on Amazon. I have a smaller sized head so although these fit fine, I felt that I needed to adjust the top and bottom strap to fit my head more securely. I cut the opening more so that they could grasp around the crown of my head more. It worked. A little snip on each side of the opening worked. The material is strong and I have not had a problem with it falling apart, tearing or running since I cut it. I would recommend trying this product if you need replacement head straps for your nasal pillow head gear. I will buy again in the future when I need more, but it comes with 2 straps, so I am set for a bit.

Good fit and comfortable, but the part that connects to the head gear is coming undone. Only used 2 days. Poor durability.
