Very good, it’s a bit expensive for a underwear, but for the people who had problems with the kidneys, it’s worth it, it helped my husband a lot , very easy to clean and weat it without to use any leg bags.

Very practical.
Dead handy product that certainly ticks the box when it comes to managing the problems of adjusting to having a Catheter fitted. They are comfortable to wear and slip on easily enough, given the wide pockets that are purposely designed for urine bags. Please note that I did not receive the mentioned 'secure clip' but you can use a clothes peg to achieve the same result. I took off a star for this reason alone. My old mate Tony was very grateful when he received this as it makes his day to day life much easier.
