I love this pen. I love Parker fountain pens. It writes beautifully after the nib was worn to my writing style. Great value at £24.99, but went to buy a second. Gone up to £44. No.

I thought it was time to improve my writing after having used biros for years.Got this lovely Parker and you have to make a bit of an effort to keep your letters straight and the same size…… but that is what I need.Unfortunately I dropped my fine pen…… of course it fell on its nib and in despair I was going to write to you : Amazon to see if you could get me a new nib… I tried….unsuccessfully and In the meantime a friend has straightened it out but I am still hoping to get a new nib…..My nearest place is Glasgow and I don’t go there often as I am going to be 86 at the end of the month and I only drive in the countryside.It is a super pen anyway and it looks very professionalI would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their writing in good shape!!

The pen itself is very nice indeed, comfortable to hold and very nice quality.But what I found disappointing was the ink supplied with the pen, was very thin almost watery.I Feel this has let the Parker name down by supplying a lovely pen, but with cheap ink.

So just received the Dark Espresso coloured Parker Fountain pen. It looks different to the one in the picture - in reality it is more a silver or lighter version of gun metal grey. Partly disappointed as Espresso is a coffee based drink so was expecting something even remotely brown, not silver. That said the pen itself is great. Has a nice weight to it, neither too heavy nor too light. I used to have a Parker fountain pen when at school and have completely forgotten how smooth it was to use. Great pen, excellent delivery - def something I can recommend if gifting for kids/young teens etc just be wary of the colour as it may not be exactly how you expected.

The media could not be loaded.  This was a new feel of Parker for me, while breaking it in… still feels like a Parker. Does that make sense? At the time of writing my nib is still scratchy.. - firm but flexible the nib offering great potential, although a little ‘finer’ than the normal, hardy, ‘medium’ I’m used to from Parker. Thumbs up.

Bought as a present my daughter loved it

Bought as a birthday gift for my husband to go with his notebook. Needless to say it was a perfect gift he loved it. The only negative is the ink cartridge is short so had to order normal length ones. Happy overall with purchase

Excellent value for the money. Sometimes it's hard to get the ink to flow when writing after a few days. I've had to disconnect the ink cartridge and reseat the cartridge. I don't think that's a plus. I have several ink pens that are disposable and the ink flows when the nib hits the paper.I've used Parker writing instruments for over 60 years, and they are excellent. My comments are no reflection on seller, just the slow flow of ink to nib.

This pen has nice heft and balance, smooth writing nib with good ink feed and is rich in appearance. Parker makes an excellent fountain pen and this one is a winner.
