It's a good, quality product. It's good to add to coffee, not a good milk replacement for hot chocolate. Somebody mentioned upset stomach. I experienced that when I first tried this powder in my morning coffee, on an empty stomach. It was fine after I had a handful of nuts. Nuts don't break the fast, so coffee with MCT is still effective and stomach is fine.

Although the seal on the package failed, the powder mixed with coffee still seems to be working well, as I’m staying in ketosis and steadily losing weight.

I enjoyed using this, it was very pleasant to take, far better than using oil. I used in cereal and coffee. It mixes well and tastes nice. You can use up to three times a day, but more than 2 affected my guts. It does make you feel satiated and reduces appetite, but I did not notice any cognitive or weighloss benefits.

Very good product, bought it few times this year. Would be nice to have more detailed info about the C8 to C10 ratio. Tastes good (trust me, some of the powders don't taste very good) and mixed well.

Was hoping this powder would be like the other brand of powder I had bought in that it would put off my hunger but not hurt my stomach. Hurts my stomach similar to the oil.

Real clean C8 MCT. I have tried a few, the oil is brilliant but this powder form is so convenient it is a must.

I had to buy as its MCT C8 and Groovy Keto do a decent range of other products. Yet again, a fantastic product. I use this every morning in my black coffee. It mixes quite well and is tasteless, which is a bonus!

Quality products at a reasonable price. Not your normal cheap stuff.
