For the price, I was hoping for a bit more of an impact. It’s convenient and clean, but if you’re looking for quick or noticeable results, this might take more time, or might not be the one.

I used the product for the first time and it does not melt even in hot water. It curdles and ruined my smoothie and tea. It made everything bitter., yuck.

I like the ingredients in this supplement. I think it is a nice to add this to my workout drink also. I like to custom mix my drinks for my overall health. This has helped me. The supplement was easy to blend into my cold drinks. The supplement is non GMO and gluten free. I would order this supplement again.

I find this BHB easy to use. I just put a scoop into a flavored beverage and drink it. I did make the mistake of putting it in water, and never again! It’s not the sort of thing that I really want to enjoy straight up. Nope! But, flavored drinks are just fine. I like that I can get into ketosis easily and stay in it, even when I get more carbs in my diet than would otherwise be ideal.
