Mainly aimed at kids' progression, but still adult friendly
I bought this book to do some more swimming specific training and it does have some good workouts for each level of progress/age. The pictures of exercises are clear and the descriptions are fine (look out for the typo where a comment from someone reviewing the book before printing asked for a better explanation and the comment was left in by mistake). I'm a 32yr old male with decent swimming experience, and about 60% of this book doesn't interest me, but I can see the benefits of using it for advising younger swimminers in the future.

Great book!
Rarely does a book meet all my expectations to the extent this one does. Very informative and well presented, with helpful pictures and diagrams. Enough substance to cover the subject more than adequately, but not so elaborate that you think you are reading a scientific dissertation.

Excellent for Specific Strokes.
Well thought out and informative book. Explains why the training methods work and are appropriate to the stroke. Good buy.
