Truly is a great resource for the newly diagnosed to read. He does a great job at explaining himself and discussing the many relevant topics any newly diagnosed person, just like myself, would want to hear.

I loved the information that was covered in the book, especially about the symptoms and the different medications that are available and exactly what they do. I did find a lot of the information very clinical and hard to digest. I almost felt like the information was written for medical students. That being said the book covered a ton of very useful information.

Bought this for my ex wife. She said the book is helpful.

I was diagnosed three weeks ago and found this book incredibly informative. It's easy to read and understand. I feel much better about the disease, conversations with my health care team, and the MS resources chapter was beyond helpful. I plan to keep this as a resource as this MS journey continues. I highly recommend this book.

This book has been a life changer for me. It helped calm some (not all; Come on, I've been diagnosed with MS!) of my anxieties. It gives such good information. It doesn't brag about unproven treatments or offer some magical cure. It gives true scientific information and the latest ideas about MS and treatment. Heck, even my MS Specialist was impressed with this book and spoke highly of the author. I am so grateful to have found this book.

Great book for anyone who has an interest on learning about MS and how to deal with it. In my case is helping to understand better my partner and also is helping me give her hope with something other than traditional meds.
