As long as you are aware of the general shortcomings of a silicon tray - namely, that it can be a bit flimsy and requires two hands holding each end when full of batter - then this one is absolutely perfect. It takes up very little space in the cupboard, is easy to prep, fill, and clean, and it produces really nice shapes. A pro tip: if you are doing several batches back to back, I do recommend reapplying baking spray every time or every other time.

For a silicon baking sheet , what I liked was that it had a good degree of rigidity more than others.

Ordered this baking pan thinking it was metal. It came in and was made of silicone. I am disappointed by this product. It is much more difficult to keep clean than metal.

these are brilliant non stick first time ive used silicone and would highly recommend 5 years guarantee not cheap looking like others i have seen would but this brand again
