Go to your drug store and get them. These are not what you're looking for
These are not extra strength. I only ordered them because my store was out of them and I needed them. They did nothing but taste bad. Even the extra strength tastes bad, but as long as it's working, I don't mind. I later got the real ones and, what a difference!
