I don't usually make the time to write reviews but am making an exception for this product and seller because they certainly deserve it!I have been wearing gold chains for many decades now and almost all of them break at some point because of my athletic activities. I bought this chain for the first time 3 years ago and wear it every day. It looks great, feels great and is super sturdy. Recently, it started to look a bit faded so I contacted the seller with no expectations that they would honor their lifetime warranty. I was pleasantly surprised that the seller promptly sent me a new gold chain via fedex. Its so great to see that a small family business has customer service that puts all big retailers to shame. I highly recommend this product and seller!

Take a look at this photo of two identical rope chains side by side. One is the gold plated Lifetime Jewelry “24k gold plated” 3mm 20 inch rope. The other is a gold filled rope of identical size. Which one looks like gold to you? Take a guess….yep you can see it plain as day. The plated one on the right looks like faded rose gold almost, like the plating has already begun to fade. I’ve never seen such a poor quality plating job from the factory. I would never wear this out. Keep in mind I just opened both of these packages and set them beside each other. The filled one will last a decade or more with care. Yes, it’s double the price, but it’s only $100 bucks for a chain that at least looks like real 10k or better. This chain is 5% gold, it’s not plated, it actually has a sleeve of solid gold that is bonded to a jewelry grade brass core. It won’t rub off, it won’t fade like plating or turn colors and tarnish. It’s just like a hollow gold rope but stronger because of the core which allows them to make the gold layer thinner. Don’t waste your money buying plated junk over and over, save up if you have to and get the gold filled chain. You’ll thank me later.

This chain is an incredible buy! I originally purchased it in 2019 and have worn it every day since then. It looks fantastic, feels great, and wears nicely. For the price point of this chain, its easily the most value for your money. I did notice that after four years of wearing it daily and exercising in it that the gold on the outside of the chain began to turn more of a steel metal color. The company lives up to their motto of lifetime jewelry as I was able to mail it into their office and receive an exchange chain that looks exactly like the day I received the original. Easy process and great customer service so I highly recommend it.

I bought a couple of these chains for my son. They are very well made and beautiful. They will tend to lose their luster with everyday wear and showering with them on. Although with proper care, I believe they should remain nice looking for a long time. I think they are an excellent value for the money and found their customer service to be top notch. They truly stand behind their guarantee and want their customers to be satisfied.

My son loves his chain! It is also my favorite one I got him. Delivery was fast and on time. When received I fell in love at first sight, it was exactly like the picture. It is beautifully made and looks authentic. My son even accidentally showered in it twice and the color remained the same. My son was playing at school and it happened to break. I contacted customer service about the warranty and they responded within 24 hours and got a replacement shipped out to me within 48 hours. I will definitely buy from here again. This chain has been great! The look and everything was perfect. However it’s been five months and it’s broken! I really really wanted my husband to enjoy this a little longer because it was the perfect size and length
