Besides the plastic spigot leaking, this works great. We are using the metal spigot since the plastic one leaked within minutes. IT TAKES A WHILE TO FILTER the first time so don’t panic. I do recommend using both filters for faster filtering time. Water tastes good. I wouldn’t say it’s like the most amazing water I’ve ever tasted or anything but it’s much improved from our super chlorinated tap water! UPDATE: water tastes amazing after breaking in the filters!

We live in town that has harder water, to the point the water heaters / washers/ dishwashers only have a life space of 6 yrs... Yes I clean them and drain them... Still an issue.My family has been getting Sick a lot more , after A lot of research on my end I turned to Water...Ordered this a few days ago, followed the instructions, started drinking the water that night...The taste is PURE, No left over flavor in your mouth, after drinking a glass 12oz, I can go hours before i get thirsty again... Before i would drink 12oz every half hr... It just makes me think what is in my towns water???

Took water from faucet and filtered water to testing station today the filtered water significantly removed calcium, iron and sulfur.
