Good product. I've had it 6 weeks. $42 delivered w Tax. I use it 2-3 times daily. Run it on all 6 modes, but i use the first and last mode mostly. It has massage also. Setting- i use 4-7. It takes a few weeks to buddy up to 6 or 7. Always put water on pads and belly. It tones. Doesn't replace core strength exercises. On sale now for $35. You can't beat this unit. I looked at the competition and it's 2-3 times more expensive. Charges fast and lasts a while. Put tissue or a towel over velcro or it catches under your shirt. Getting results in one month. It is still working. I'll buy another one when it fails. Worth it. Don't go too high on numbers at first.

Using it for two weeks now and it's been fun. It's very light weight so easy to take it to travel. It comes with a USB charing port. A single charge can last about 2-3 hours depending on the modes. And there are six modes to choose from with an adjustable intensity level. Each model feels comfortable on the abs overall. Can't attest on it's effectiveness but you have to use it at once a day to for every day as per the instruction.

I really wanted to love this but I can’t make this work for my abs. The stimulation is so weak even when I had it on the highest setting. I had to hold it down to make better contact with my skin. It’s not like the tried and true EMS. Waste of money. I’ve purchased another similar with smaller attachments and the smaller ones are better for arms but the one for the tummy doesn’t work as well. Get the real deal. Costs a lot more but worth it! They need to work on the design for women with small waists. I’m 5’4 110 lbs.

This belt is very comfortable and fits well. It is easy to snap the monitor off to charge it in a USBC phone adapter and it charges very quickly. It has several different modes and it's strong and you can feel the muscles working hard. I was able to get 5 full workouts and the battery is still holding a charge. Great deal for the price and I feel it will help me rone my abs with some additional dieting.

First time using. Hopefully it lasts.. I cannot go higher than a level 5... Can't.Imagine getting up to 19.. This thing works.You just have to keep it wet. Very intense.. I can actually feel the results after one use

I was skepticle of this product as they often don't really work but I have found that it really makes my muscles jump and afterwards I feel like my abs are tighter and fatigued just like after doing sit ups. Still too early to notice an 8 pack :) but I even found my 20 yr old son borrowing it and wearing it around the house.. it feels good especially the massage setting. I also tried it on my back for more of an Estim effect.
