I was under an extreme amount of stress. Had been taking Busiprone prescribed by my doctor for anti-anxiety and stress relief. I am also over weight and had found out about ashwagandha from watching a YouTube video on how to lower cortisol levels naturally. I looked on Amazon and decided to order and try your product. Within just a few days I could tell a difference. It was truely incredible. I had some pretty bad road rage before. I would get mad and start yelling in the car if someone pulled out in front of me and was going slower than I was. Within a week of taking your product I was driving home and someone pulled out in front of me going 25 in a 35 zone. Cars were zooming past me in the fast lane and the line of cars behind me were getting over to go around us as well. Before I would have hit the roof at that point. Yelling, flipping the person off and such. This time my first thought was "Oh well, I'll just wait for everyone else to go around and then I'll go around.". That was the realization point for me. When I knew that your ashwagandha was working for me. Not just working, but out performing the Busiprone that was precribed by my doctor. The Busiprone is only for like anti-anxiety, depression, stress relief and it's a chemical thing. Your ashwagandha is anit-anxiety, stress relief, mood elevator, adrenal support, immune support and natural. Can't get much better than that.A few months later.....It has worked so well for me at elevating my mood that now my mother (who was on Zoloft) is using it too. She is doing much better using this than the Zoloft.

I really like this ashwagandha supplement. It is organic and also includes the black pepper extract. I have recently started to take ashwagandha to try to help with symptoms from hypothyroid. So far I’ve been having some pretty good results. It’s also been helping with general sleep quality. Now, to be fair, my sleep quality also suffers because I have narcolepsy, but the issues with sleep that were coming from the thyroid problems seem to have improved some since starting the ashwagandha. I have taken black pepper extract on its own before and didn’t really like it. However, I like it in this supplement. I don’t know if maybe it’s how this company sources it or perhaps the way they combine it with the ashwagandha, but this really works. Overall, this is a great supplement, and it really works to help me feel more balanced, relaxed, less overall stress, and to help keep my energy levels more stabilized, which is what those of us with thyroid issues are seeking since I know many of us with hypothyroid tend to feel very fatigued and low. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a boost in treating their hypothyroid symptoms. Of course, check with your doctor first to make sure that adding this would be a good idea for your treatment plan, but I personally love it!

I really enjoyed taking this supplement—it made me feel calm, relaxed, and at peace, which is exactly what I was looking for. Ashwagandha is a great adaptogen to help with stress, and I definitely noticed a difference while using it. The only thing I didn’t love is that the daily dose requires three capsules, and I personally found them a bit hard to swallow, even with plenty of water. Other than that, it worked well for me, and I would still recommend it!

This is one of my go to supplements for staying calm and balanced. Recommended!

I do love this product, in that, the company is transparent about its origins and what it is intended for. It is American made and tested, the veggie capsules are a biiiiiiiiiiig plus. There are no guarantees but I do have hope. I have seen a minor reduction in my stress but I've only been taking it about a week so and I'd prefer to give it a longer run before passing full judgement. Both to ensure its efficacy, that this is not a placebo affect, and to see how higher doses may affect me, especially during my better days. This has been a fairly anxiety provoking week, and seeing as I have ptsd, panic disorder, depression, and generalized anxiety disorder, I really am a rigorous test for the product to endure. I've also started at a lower dose to work my way up to avoid any possible issues it may cause. I have noticed a bit of water retention beyond the norm, but sometimes my anxiety has a hand in that, so again, not passing judgement quite yet. There is no flavor with these capsules, they don't gum up and dissolve right away, which I like. I'm very averse to certain smells and textures and these capsule check all the right boxes on that front.All in all my initial impression of this product is a good one and I do see its potential with continued use. I'd like to see how an increased dose would affect me, and if it would not lose efficacy over time.UPDATE: I have gotten to the recommended dose and my anxiety attacks are much more manageable than previously, I still have stress but there has been a significant reduction in how it negatively affects me. No more hair falling out!!!!!I would definitely recommend this to people who don't have diagnosed anxiety disorders as a good way to relax. However I cannot say whether it would cause any interaction with any medications, so I would recommend talking to your provider before combining this with your regular medication regimen. As for those who are diagnosed with anxiety, panic attacks, ptsd, or depression(or all four like me) this is not a magic bullet but it may provide some marginal relief in the beginning, definitely keep at it before you pass judgement and consult your psychiatrist (like I did) before combining it with your current meds or adding it to your treatment plan.
