Can the cover go in the microwave or just the wheat bag please?

I put the wheat bag and cover in the microwave but be careful it can get hot but it does relieve the pain

Do these stop working over time? Mine is taking almost twice as long to heat up now

This can be avoided with a small cup of water put in the microwave with the wheat bag. This keeps the wheat steam heated and stops it drying and burning out with time. Same with any wheat bag product. Stops the burnt smell too.

Its not the greatest scented wheat bag at all. But it does the job for pain. Paul
