We used these small sinks our master bath to maximize countertop space. At first my wife was not going for it but now is on board. You use the sinks for hand and face washing plus brushing teeth. A small sink works for those tasks.

Somehow the drain in the sink in our guest area was broken, so I ordered this one to replace it. It fit perfectly and easily in the sink. It connected to the drain pipe and to the overflow in the sink, and it has a popup stopper, so no guest can misplace it. Perfect fit, simple install, can't ask for more.

This is a really nice bathroom sink pop-up drain. A bathroom sink drain pipe is tubular size 1 ¼” while a kitchen sink drain pipe is tubular size 1 1/2”. I used to be a Remodeling Contractor. I have installed a hundred, or more, faucets. This pop-up drain assembly is made of metal and is higher quality. Before installing I took the pop up drain assembly apart and applied small dabs of Plumber’s Silicone Grease (NOT silicone caulk) on the threads for easy future maintenance. You DO NOT use pipe thread compound on these types of threads. It has a robust deck clamping mechanism. I used the supplied bottom underside silicone gasket but I do not ever use the supplied topside silicone gasket because every sink basin drain hole angle is a bit different.DO NOT USE PLUMBERS’ PUTTY TO SET THIS DRAIN. Plumbers’ Putty stains some vanity tops. Even though there are some “sealing washers” included, I always set the faucet and drain assembly in clear silicone caulk. I have made a lot of money replacing counter tops, and cabinets, because the faucet deck seal, or the drain assembly, leaked a tiny amount and ruined the countertop and or cabinet. Or someone used standard Plumber’s Putty that stained the sink and ruined it.

Where's the clips to hold sink. Kind of important, also mounting instructions??

This is definitely on par with anything you’ll find in the box stores. It’s a simple device but works well. There are a lot of good tips out there and YouTube videos on how to install. I highly suggest checking them out in order to get a good install.
