i’ve been struggling with acne for years. i have super oily and congested skin. i started taking 4 in the morning and 4 at night and my skin has gotten SO MUCH BETTER. I have taken this for a bit over a year now. My skin looks healthy and resilient. I have had three unfortunate sunburns since I started with this. I had no itching or peeling from the burns and I think this is the reason.

Digestive health. Great believer in Pantothenic Acid. A B5 vitamin. Long story short. That and other supplements and diet helped me overcome asthma condition years ago.

This was the same brand as I had before and I bought it online because Whole Foods no longer has it. Before, I didn't notice any smell or flavor because it's a capsule. This time, when i opened the bottle, I noticed the sort of odor you might associate with sunflower seeds that are going bad. I checked the ingredients and there is whole grain rice involved. I checked the date and it was not close to expiration. I wondered if it had been stored improperly, or whether that was just the ordinary odor of whole rice powder which had replaced some other ingredient. I could not check because I had already thrown the other bottle away. .

I read that this is a crucial supplement to take for normalizing cortisol levels especially as we navigate thru pre/menopause.. along w omega 3 and vitamin c. Also, supposedly helps w stress .. so I’m totally down for that!

In the 1970s I got a really bad sunburn. I was in the drug store looking for Solarcane when the pharmacist told me to try something called Pan-A-C tablets. I did and it kept me from blistering and peeling. In the 1980s on a cruise, our table mates got badly burned. I shared some Pan-A-C with the girls, but the guys refused to take them. The next day the girls were fine but the guys were blistered and by the third day peeling. For a good many years now I have not been able to find it in a combination tablet, so I buy pantothenic acid, vitamin A and vitamin C separately and take them together when I am over-exposed or have a cut. Everybody doubts it until they try it. So try it yourself if you get sunburned. You will be impressed.

I love Solaray products so when I saw this pantothenic acid...I bought it. I had a small bone spur developing just below my left knee, on the front of my leg. I couldn't kneel on my knee which restricted everything from housecleaning to yoga. I remembered that YEARS ago and I mean about 40 years ago, a physician recommended Pantothenic Acid for my Baker's cyst, another bone spur on the back of my right knee. It helped to dissolve the cyst without surgery so I never forgot this advice. This year, when the new cyst arrived, I went right back to Pantothenic Acid and the pain is gone; the cyst is shrinking and I am doing yoga without a problem! Love this stuff and love Solaray.
