Its a complete kit with all the bits you need. feels like quality material and study. The lava design at the bottom is eye catching. Everyone who walked in, asked about it and spent some good time just looking at it and inspecting it. truth be told my wall arts were a bit jealuse of all the attention this item received!in terms of functionality, it works fast and keep the tea fresh and at the right temperature. There was an issue with my initial order which customer serviced rectified quickly as they could.All in all, good purchase. Would difeniately recommend.

Have been using it for a while now and works great, it quickly boils the water and the best part is that it keeps the water warm automatically for me so when I need to reboil the water it takes less than a minute. The fireplace design is so cool and it catches eyes of every single guest we have. Money well spent!

Its decent, the water wont stay hot, only when it is on 100 the tea itself is hot too. Otherwise you keep having a cold tea and who wants that? But it is pretty

This electric samavar doesn't keep the water hot for more than 5 minutes which is annoying when you have guests who drink hot tea! I was hoping it would keep the water hot for at least 30 minutes before cooling off.

Unique design, nice addition to my tea partyI have been using it for a month and like it a lot, I got lots compliment in my party because of the unique fireplace design. It is a really nice piece to have on my counter for my everyday use. I recommend it for people who love tea.
