I am in LOVE with this diffuser!! It’s chic and perfect for our home but also works great!

It is admittedly a vey beautiful diffuser, however, the two units we purchased for our office space BOTH were defective after about two months of daily use. The bottoms literally melted and the water and oil spilled out all over our desk and electrical appliances. Clearly this is a manufacturing issue since both diffusers we purchased broke in the same manner. Luckily, Amazon was able to rectify this for us but the manufacturer never responded, even though we did reach out to them as well.

Quiet and efficient, super cute white color and nightlight is perfect

It is great while it worked. After only six months just started leaking out of the bottom (would not hold water even while not running). I write very few reviews, but buyer beware I would not let the good looks fool you like it did me!

Used this in my mothers care facility room for under 2 months, luckily her nurse caught that it was Melted on the bottom and had stopped working, this could have caused a fire, she unplugged it and let me know immediately. I guess that is why they do not warranty it. BUYER BEWARE

Just received and... I don't know if it was damaged during the a delivery or when the guy dropped to my porch broke it. Ceramic is delicate and the box didn't even say FRAGIL!!!

This was delivered shattered in pieces. The ceramic material was not ideal for shipping I suppose.
