This the second stage of cleansing. Try the cleansing milk which is beautiful and then tone with the lotion. Then you will see the benefits of the product. I do tend to agree from my experience of using the product for years and receiving a suspect item from Amazon once before, that you can't be sure if thus really is the genuine decleor product. However, given that this is of a similar price to decleor itself, impact the milk is dearer here, I wouldn't take the chance and would buy it elsewhere.For eg QVC, House of Fraser, Decleor...

Having searched for what appeared to be the same product I have been using, I am not sure that it is. The packaging keeps changing and one is never sure whether you are buying the same product. This one seems not as thick and therefore more like the cheaper cleanser. Also as you can only buy on line I am not sure I will continue buying Decleor again. A pity their retail business will no longer continue in the UK. Have used it for years.

The product took a while to arrive and rather than having a standard seal, the lid was sellotaped down. The fluid itself was incredibly thin and runny and not effective as a cleanser. I haven't used this cleanser before but have used other Decleor cleansers that were far thicker. It was almost as though water had been added to dilute this and then the lid sellotape down. I would not buy again!

It is very runny and not as i remembered it when it first came out. I lose half of it off the side of my palm as it's consistency is like water.

I love decleor but not so keen on this product, I prefer their cream cleanser...different strokes etc...Great service tho

This is not a Decleor cream. The packaging is Decleor but the bottle was sellotaped and the cream itself is not Decleor which I have been using for years. It is drying for your skin and definately not the brand advertised.
