This works great an alternative to a laxative

started with 2 capsules but was too much going to bathroom. Reduced down to 1 capsule and was better but still causing a bit of diarrhea. Have to figure out how to take so it doesn't keep going and going like maybe take every other day.

This stuff really works! If you want a good clean out and help to be "regular .... try it.

This product should not be considered. It caused me 4 days of severe GI distressed after one dose. 4 days of severe diarrhea can endanger your life. Further the manufacturer lists on the label "365 day money back guarantee." After a week of trying Simple Promise in Camas, WA would not honor their state refund policy. Amazon did thankfully but again this is not an honorable company to trust purchase of their products. Never again.

It doesn’t work like it was advertised. It is a bit expensive for what it doesn’t do. I won’t order it again.

This stuff works so well you have to be close by home because this stuff works really fast and very well it cleans you completely out in no time that's the only thing you have to worry about going somewhere from the house and not coming back in time I wouldn't want to use someone else's public bathroom because you don't know what germs is lingering around in there so make sure when you take it take it with warm water or as hot as you can stand your drinking water to be when you take it just be close by home or just stay home after you take it because it doesn't play This is a serious hardworking product.
