Peppermint! Perfection.
I used this because we had tiny ants coming in! Ugh!! I used 1/4 cup peppermint, 1/8 cup dishsoap and the rest water in a 16 oz sprayer. I Sprayed outside the house, and cracks and any entry points inside the house. Immediately no ants! Yayyy. I had to repeat a few days later, and a few after that, but Problem Solved! It's Amazing how well it worked. My son put some cotton balls with peppermint in his boat, keeps mice away! For hair, I have not tried it, but if you want a quality product, this one will fit the bill.

Smells strong
The jasmine essential oil smells strong, exactly as I wanted, and works great in my waterless diffuser. It came with a long dropper that had a thick foam protection around it. Great product and quantity for the price.

Smells Heavenly
I really love the scent of this Vanilla. 100% pure Vanilla plant extract. Strong enough to last the 8 hours I diffuse it, without overpowering everything and making me nauseous (which some brands have). There are cheaper brands but this one is reasonable AND good. The bottle is big but it’s really lasting and I use it almost daily, alone or as a base for other scents.

good fragrance
I use this mixed with water and detergent as a wasp deterrent. It keeps the wasp away for up to 10 days and I prefer this to insecticides, using approx 10 drops in 12oz of water the bottle last a long time.

They are not essential oils!!!! DO NOT BUY!
I am doing this review to save others from making the same mistake that I did. I looked at the bottle and it does come in a amber bottle. The lable does have the extraction method and where the plants came from. They even have the Latin name of the plants. Everything looks great with this oil, even the packaging is beautiful! What is missing is the most important thing. MS/GC testing. Never buy essential oils from a company that does not do this test. It verifies that the oil is real and true and contains all of the elements it should and most importantly, it will detect added oils, impurities and synthetics. There is a test you can do on your own called the paper test. I added a picture of the four I tested. I tested lavender, frankincense, myrrh and chamomile. I was expecting all to leave grease marks but one was clean, lavender. Myrrh, frankincense and chamomile all failed. They are not pure essential oils. I would also guess the lavender is not either simply because if Equee was selling pure therapy grade lavender for this price they would be losing money on each bottle sold. If you are looking for a fragrance oil, this is for you. If you are looking for therapy grade pure essential oils DO NOT BUY EQUEE OILS. I was just starting into essential oils and did not know what I now know. I would have never purchased from this company. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. Throw them away if you are wanting to take advantage of the wonderful things essential oils can do. Certainly do not diffuse and breathe them. Lord knows what is in them. I did notice that the company changed the description on their ad. The bottle still states it is an essential oil. Don't fall for it.

a very nice essential oil
this was not an easy decision to buy this. trying to save outlandish shipping costs i pay for my usual brand, all sandalwood oils are not the same, some have a horrible artificial odor. this has a beautiful scent to it. i've been buying my sandalwood incense and essential oils directly from nepal and shipping costs can sometimes be a little nuts. they try to keep it down, but... looking around for another source, i found this and started to read the reviews. many, many people took the time to write their positive comments. a few thousand! pretty impressive. now i'm one of those people. this has a beautiful aroma to it, not harsh. some can be nasty and you can almost taste it. the sandalwood is super to sit in a room with. i use mine in a diffuser and i'm very impressed. it is my understanding that sandalwood is so popular, to keep up with demand they, manufacturers, manufacture it synthetically. the label states this euqee brand is made from "100% plant extract." the odor is delightful. the jury is still out on the benefits one gets but one, a lower blood pressure, can be seen over a few weeks time. my bp has indeed been lowered. the sandalwood effect? i dunno, but will certainly discuss this with my doc in an upcoming appointment. this sandalwood is very pleasant to be around, soooo....yep, i would recommend this product if you're thinking about starting aroma therapy. a decent, natural product and i'll continue on with it. so far so good.

WOOD
It definitely smells like wood. It's got a rich scent to it. It's great as a base. Try adding Juniper or balsam. Pine or pumpkin. Believe it or not sandalwood & pumkin go great together. I've also used cardamom or rose. There are lots of combinations.
