Well, I tried these warmers because I really prefer the heat generated from these very safe/chemical-type warmers and I spend a lot of time in the winter at the range, in the cold.I do very much recommend these warmers because they represent an excellent value and the ones that I used put out an excellent amount of heat for 10 hours before slowly reducing to no heat at all at the 13 hour mark. These warmers are quite large and the begin working when removed from the packaging and exposed to the oxygen in the air. I put one on my lower back to see if it would pull double-duty as a heat pad & a body warmer. Came quickly and look as described in advert. Product was opened and I waited 35 minutes. It did not heat well. Not much warmth. Tried, will go back to other brand.

Love how hot these get but the heat don't last as long as I would like.

The hand warmer did provide warmth. It took about 6 to 7 minutes for it to be warm. It never got hot. The warmth lasted a few hours under cloths. I would rate this product 4 stars if I didn't receive 2 damaged packs. I have to down rate it by 1 star because the 2 damage items did not provide any warmth. I don't like to pay for what I can't use.

These hot packs work exactly as described! I knew they would come in handy for our local Christmas parade because I live in Michigan and it's always freezing for the parade. I've used similar hot packs before, but never used this style that sticks to your clothes, and I'm a fan! I put it on the outside of the back of my shirt, then put my winter coat on over it and I was toasty warm all night! I didn't have to worry about holding anything in my hand or having packs in my shoes. Just the warming on my back was enough to keep me warm. It stayed in place for the few hours I had it on, and then it peeled right off and didn't leave any mark or residue on my shirt. It's a great size, and I think it's priced appropriately. Highly recommend!

These disposable handwarmers are such a great value. They work so well. They are air activated so all you have to do is shake them a little bit and they start to warm up. They get so warm, it feels so nice. They are a larger size which i appreciate because they heat a larger area. I like to put these on the inside of my shoes. They stick to my socks and keep my feet so warm. They lasted about 10 hours before they started to cool down.

These are simple to use and do last a long time. They are a good option to keep in an emergency car kit or if you must be outside for long periods in frigid weather inside gloves or boots. They are too large to work well in gloves but would work inside mittens.I would not recommend these for ongoing period cramps or something like back pain though as I found these do get warm, but not to the heat level I think would help much with those. For that I'd recommend a heating pad, especially the kind you can wrap around yourself and recharge if the portable kind. You're just going to want more heat than these can provide.However, if it's not for health reasons, but for something more like "it's me against the 20 below wind-chill while I dig this truck out of the snow" then this is the kind of heat pack that's good to have thrown in the back weeks ago and you can pull it out. Then the heat it does provide will help keep fingers or toes toasty.One note they do take a few minutes to get going. So don't give up if you open and wonder where the heat is. Good for emergencies.

These warmers are quite good. They take a few minutes to get to max temperature and once they get there they stay warm for quite a few hours. I appreciate the larger size. I got these to keep in my car and emergency bag, and they're great for that, they take up very little space. Good price for what you get. Recommend!
