The pod and all the inserts are great. However, the box that the items arrived in was dirty, there were a couple of spots that looked like bird droppings and the individual cardboard boxes where the idli and other inserts were packed, were stinking of mould and had some mould spots on them. I washed all the items in a dishwasher at the max temperature and this got rid of the issues, but no order should arrive at this state!

I have bought this on a trip to India. I like it for number 1 reason all in one combo. It can be used as a kadai. More over 16 idlies at a time. It's stainless steel so heat regulation is important while using as a kadai even though the bottom is slightly heavy. Only 1 downside is my skin is too sensitive and makes it difficult for me to remove the trays in between cooking. These have black plastic handles to hold .It's a bit fiddly for me as the steam will burn my hand and pakad won't fit around it. 1 star less for this reason.

One of the handle was broken. Everything else seems fine.

Good quality yet some red dots-rust are coming may be because of Dubai water. It looks medium size in the picture but a big size Kadai. Suitable for 4 persons in a family.

Quality is too low missing the mini idili plate and

Have been using this for the last 2 months, the material is good, nut it has major design fault.. a) The top cover/Lid of the pot keeps slipping of it doesn't hold properly b) The Idly plates holder is on the sides that makes quite difficult to lift the plates more so when it is hot, you have wait for it cool down, it would have been much better if it was fixed in the middle. c) the base and the plates are too large and occupies so much space. It would have been better if it was designed a little smaller with smaller no of holes on each plate. hence, please decide if you are comfortable using such large pot and idly plates as it occupies lots of space also the top cover doesn't stay fixed it keeps slipping off.

Worth all the money spent on it. Good product. Easy to use and manage.
