The media could not be loaded. The gummy bears have quite an opaque, chalky appearance and admittedly I didn't think these were going to taste as good as they did. I was very impressed with the flavour and found the consistency to be similar to Haribo jelly babies which is ideal as I didn't want them getting stuck in my braces!It's obviously hard to gauge if the stated creatine content is accurate but given the chalky appearance I've no reason to doubt it.However, my only negative (which is why I've given 4 stars) is that the child safety cap can be very easily removed. I have two young daughters and obviously finding a tub of gummy bears sitting around is like moths to a flame. Admittedly the onus is on me to make sure they don't eat them but it's still disappointing that a basic security measure doesn't work.That aside, I will definitely be picking these up again albeit keeping them in the child locked cupboard out of sight.

Ive been looking for a better way to take creatine on the way to the gym rather than scooping powders and these are great. A good dose too per gummy and they taste pretty good

Creatine is used for muscle gain when exercising (and there may be some cognitive effects as well). Getting enough creatine when exercising hard is usually done by adding to your protein mix, or having a mix that already contains it. I don't mind these sweets, the flavour is reasonable and you only need two of them for a decent load.Not bad.
