Average Product - Disappointed
I bought this product after my friend's recommendation but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. Installation and setup was simple and got completed in 15mins but wifi connectivity of the device to download video was big disappointment. Some of the pain points1) Wires provided to connect the cigarette ignition point is short if the connection point is near arm rest especially for Tata SUV.2) Most of the times not able to play the video from the app.3) Unable to download the videos most of time on the app.4) 4K video size is too big to download from the device to the mobile as it gets disconnected abruptly.Overall a bad purchase at this cost.

On app showed working but no recording on memory card
Due to an incident I needed the recording but I got into problem as there was no recording on the memory card installed in the Redtiger dash cam
